Terms of Service

VeeShield is a DNS-layer internet security and content-filtering service. When your network or devices are configured to use VeeShield, domain lookups are resolved through our filtering infrastructure, which blocks categories of content and known security threats according to the policies you choose. VeeShield also offers optional features such as scheduled filtering, per-person device profiles, usage reporting, and monitoring of email addresses against publicly known data breaches.

VeeShield materially reduces exposure to harmful and unwanted content, but no filtering technology is perfect. We do not guarantee that every harmful, offensive, or unwanted resource will be blocked, or that legitimate resources will never be blocked in error. VeeShield is a safety tool — it is not a substitute for adult supervision of minors or for your own security practices.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Where VeeShield is used on a household network, the account holder is responsible for informing household members that network activity is filtered and may appear in reports visible to the account holder.

VeeShield is a paid subscription billed in advance (monthly or annually, per your plan) through our payment processor. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region and currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard's billing portal; protection continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend the service after a reasonable dunning period. If you are dissatisfied within the first 14 days of your first purchase, contact us and we will refund that purchase in full.

You agree not to use VeeShield to violate any law; to monitor individuals without a lawful basis (filtering a household network you administer, or a company network you are authorized to manage, is expected use); to probe, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure; or to resell the service without a written agreement with us.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including how DNS queries are processed to provide filtering. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including upstream network providers) may affect availability.

VeeShield, its software, design, and content are owned by VeeMost or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeeMost's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for content that was not blocked or was blocked in error. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You may stop using VeeShield and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7 and 8) survive.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
